Job Description:

Are you serious about becoming a world-class pizza chef? Are you ambitious and committed to mastering the art of Neapolitan pizza?
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and grow with us. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is ready to learn, work hard, and be part of a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook authentic Neapolitan pizzas using traditional and modern methods and plant-based ingredients.
- Perfect the preparation of large batches of Neapolitan-style pizza dough.
- Portion and shape dough with precision and care.
- Prepare our unique house-made plant-based toppings.
- Stretch and top Neapolitan pizzas with consistency and creativity.
- Cook pizzas to perfection in a wood-fired oven.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create and innovate new menu items.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns promptly.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pizza making or culinary arts is a plus, but not required. We are ready to train the right candidate.
- Passion for cooking and a strong desire to become an expert in Neapolitan pizza.
- Enthusiasm for plant-based cuisine and sustainable food practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with grace.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to excellence.
